PPKD adalah singkatan untuk Persatuan Penduduk Blok K Apt Dahlia Tmn Bunga Raya.PPKD adalah komuniti masyarakat yang tubuhkan oleh penduduk-penduduk Apartment Dahlia Blok K,Taman Bunga Raya,Bukit Beruntung,Rawang,Selangor pad tahun 2006.
Tujuan utama persatuan ini demi untuk mengeratkan silatur rahim sesama penduduk dan saling bekerjasama buat memajukan agam,bangsa dna negara.
